Renovating and decorating an existing apartment, villa, office or shop: space planning, strip-out, building works and finishes. Villas are done inside and out. One team keeps disruption to a minimum.

Fit-out
Interior build-out of offices, shops and showrooms: partitions, ceilings, joinery, MEP and finishes, coordinated through to handover. See the Car Showroom and RIMAS Gold Shop projects.

MEP & Air Conditioning
Electrical wiring, lighting and power, plumbing and drainage, and air conditioning (HVAC) for renovated and fitted-out spaces, to UAE standards.

Partitions & Joinery
Office partitions, doors, cabinets and wooden fittings, made and fitted to suit the space.

Interior Finishing
Premium finishing with attention to detail: floor polishing, paint coating, trim fitting and decorative ceiling work for homes, offices and shops.

Structural Repairs
Cracks, water damage and concrete deterioration in existing residential and commercial buildings: assessed first, then repaired with code-compliant methods.

Waterproofing & Leak Repair
Fixing leaks in existing bathrooms, roofs and walls, with a waterproofing membrane applied to the affected area.
