Renovating and decorating an existing apartment, villa, office or shop: space planning, strip-out, building works and finishes. Villas are done inside and out. One team keeps disruption to a minimum.

Electrical wiring, lighting and power, plumbing and drainage, and air conditioning (HVAC) for renovated and fitted-out spaces, to UAE standards.

Premium finishing with attention to detail: floor polishing, paint coating, trim fitting and decorative ceiling work for homes, offices and shops.
Cracks, water damage and concrete deterioration in existing residential and commercial buildings: assessed first, then repaired with code-compliant methods.
Fixing leaks in existing bathrooms, roofs and walls, with a waterproofing membrane applied to the affected area.

Cost, time, approvals and warranty: what most clients want to know first.
It depends on the size of the space, its condition and the finishes you choose, so we do not quote from a photo. After a site visit and a measured survey you receive an itemised BOQ and a fixed quotation, so you know the cost before work starts.
The duration depends on the scope and on the approvals your building requires. Your quotation sets out the scope, and we confirm the timeline with you before work begins.
Often yes. Many works in Dubai need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your landlord or building management and, for some works, approval from the relevant authority. We tell you what your project needs and prepare the applications.
Warranty terms for workmanship and materials are stated in your written quotation, so you can read them before you sign.
No, we do not build new villas or buildings. We renovate and decorate existing spaces: apartments, villas (exterior and interior), offices, shops and showrooms, and we fit out offices, shops and showrooms.

Every job starts with a site visit and a measured survey, then a fixed quotation and the approvals the works need. One team then carries out the works, checks the space for defects and hands it over.
